WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship to customers addressed in the United Kingdom. This is our primary location and is the only country where you can place an order. However, within the due time, we may look to ship to countries other than the United Kingdom.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we at rattancity.co.uk do accept returns and provide refunds if the items do not meet the required expectations. A request can be sent by contacting our team and if applicable, a return will be processed and a refund or replacement will be issued. WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
There is no limit to how many times a customer wishes to purchase however at least one item must be in the cart before processing an order.
DELIVERY TIMES?
Our standard delivery time for all our products is between 8-12 days from the date of order. We provide full tracking for each item sent via a tracking number once the order is processed. You can use this number to keep a close eye on where your products are currently.
