Procedure:

The delivery is carried out by a carefully selected logistics service provider. Our aim is to make the delivery process as smooth as possible to ensure you receive your items the way you should. Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel delivery service (e.g. DHL). Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. Larger items will be delivered by a cooperating carrier.
Shipping is free to any place in UK mainland excluding northern parts of Scotland (Highlands and Scottish Isles) and Northern Ireland. For those areas, there may be an additional delivery charge. Please contact our customer service team for more information. The safety of our delivery team is crucial, therefore we request the recipient to inform our team of any potential hazards such as construction affecting the path to your delivery location. Detailed assembly instructions will be provided. If any defects or damages are detected during assembly, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Delivery address:

The order will be delivered to an address specified by you. This may differ from the invoice address, allowing you to request delivery to your office or to a friend. We only offer delivery to the postal addresses located in the mainland UK. As of now, we cannot offer delivery to any territories of islands outside of the Mainland UK.

Delivery times:

If the product is in stock, shipment will usually take up to 14 days after booking the payment. Unfortunately, is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You will be asked to provide your phone number when placing your order so that our logistics service provider can contact you prior to delivery in order to arrange a suitable delivery time. Smaller items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. If you are not at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with the phone number allowing you to arrange a suitable date for free redelivery.

Delivery is free in the entire mainland United Kingdom. Our premium free delivery service will ensure your product arrives at your door step no later than 12 days from the day you purchased your item.
